3. Payment & security
This contract is a distance contract that is intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties concerning the selling of the website products on Internet. The website uses the platform CMI.
CMI is an operator of Electronic Commerce in Morocco, its mission is to provide to online businesses the secure payment services. These services allow to the online business owner, like Artinoo.com, to sell their products and services on the Internet both in Morocco and abroad.
The selling price of the product on the time of registration of the order including shipping costs are paid by the customer. These charge are indicated before the registration of the order. The selling price of a product may be changed at any time. This change will not affect the previous orders. Price changes will be communicated to the customer before any order confirmation or order delivery. Any rate change will be reflected in the price of products.
5. Countries Taxes and Duties
Sometimes there is the possibility to pay extra charges like taxes and duties which should appear at the time of delivery. Artinoo cannot control this kind of charges like taxes which are applicable by some countries on International deliveries.
6. The product specifications
The product specifications (weight, size, color etc.) that are displayed with the product pictures are only approximate. All our products are handicraft objects. That is why there may be a variation in the pictures and the respective products. Artinoo.com will provide and deliver the product will be seen on the images.
7. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery of the ordered products shall be made to the buyer’s address. The buyer’s address must be specified in the order forms. The buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
Artinoo.com shall mobilize all its means to meet any date agreed for delivery. The time of delivery is not the essence, and Artinoo.com is not liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses experienced by the buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. However, when artinoo.com and the buyer agreed on a specific date of delivery, and may some problems occur to postpone the date of delivery, artinoo.com will notify the buyer and will agree on new delivery date or receive a full refund.
8. Cancelation and Return
The buyer should examine the products immediately upon receiving and should notify the artinoo.com by an email within 7 days of delivery if Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Buyer fails to contact us during the 7 days after the recipient, the buyer shall be reasoned to have accepted the products.
If a claim of defect or damage is made, the products must be returned by the buyer to the artinoo.com. The buyer decided to return the goods, he will be entitled to a full refund plus any return postal charges.
Goods that will be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the artinoo.com on the package. When the Goods are returned and found to be damaged due to the buyer’s fault, the buyer will be liable for the cost to remedy such damage.
